White House was on temporary lockdown during President Obama's final Easter Egg Roll on Monday afternoon (March 28) following reports of an active shooter at the Capitol.
"Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)" hitmaker Silento was slated to perform at the annual Washington, D.C. event and was briefly escorted off the White House grounds, according to tweets from Independent Journal's Benny Johnson.

The lockdown was lifted shortly after, and a shooter was captured at the U.S. Capitol building, the Associated Press reports. It was unclear as of press time if anyone was injured, though initial reports said an officer sustained minor injuries after being shot.
The Easter Egg Roll resumed as celebrities joined the party, including Beyonce, Jay Z and daughter Blue Ivy, as well as basketball legend Shaquille O'Neal. Storm Troopers and life-size frog and rabbit characters also mingled with the children in attendance.
"Today is a little bit bittersweet for us because this is the Obama administration's last Easter Egg Roll," first lady Michelle Obama offered, even whipping and Nae Nae-ing before the festivities kicked off. "If we think about what we've accomplished over these past seven years, it's pretty incredible."
