Desmond Elliot has emerged the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the Lagos State House of Assembly election in 2015 after the APC primaries were carried out this afternoon.
He won his opponent Kabiru Lawal who is a thorough bred politician by a narrow margin.
Rumor has it that there was a little bit of disturbance but everything came under control quickly.
